This Friday, April 9, I will be taking part in an event titled “Opening on the Bench: The Potential Upcoming Supreme Court Vacancy.” I will be discussing/debating the topic with Jeffrey Rosen, legal affairs editor of the New Republic and professor of law at George Washington University. The event, sponsored by the Capitol Hill Federalist Society, will run from noon to 1:30 and will include lunch (no charge).
