As regular readers may have guessed, I’ve been on vacation for the past week or so. But I’m back in time for further Senate floor debate on the Kagan nomination as well as Judge Vaughn Walker’s entirely predictable final act today in his anti-Prop 8 farce—his issuance of a ruling inventing a federal constitutional right to same-sex marriage.
