Cincinnati Event with President Bush

Next Monday, October 6—the first day of the Supreme Court’s new term—President Bush will give a speech in Cincinnati at a conference titled “The Presidency and the Courts”.  The conference is cosponsored by the Cincinnati Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society and the Ashbrook Center for Public Affairs.

The six-hour conference will also feature, among others, former Attorney General Edwin Meese III and former U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement.  I am also pleased to be taking part in one panel.
