Yale/Hartford Events on Justice Scalia

Next Monday, March 7, I’ll be in Connecticut for two speaking engagements.

At noon I’ll offer reflections on Justice Scalia, the vacancy battle, and the future of the Supreme Court at an event jointly sponsored by the Connecticut lawyers chapter and the UConn law school chapter of the Federalist Society.

That evening, I’ll be on a panel at Yale law school on Scalia’s life and legacy. My fellow panelists will be Yale law professor Bill Eskridge and Boston University law professor (and fellow former Scalia clerk) Gary Lawson. The event is sponsored by the law school’s Federalist Society chapter.
