When asked about the “inherent physiological differences” reference, she says she was referring to strength differences between men and women. But, continues Senator Cornyn, what does that have to do with differences in judging, which is what the speech was about? She does not explain that, says she doesn’t know if there are relevant physiological differences with respect to judges, but it’s a possibility that shouldn’t be discounted, but she didn’t mean to suggest that it would lead to differences in outcome. Her answer is really incoherent — that is, she is making literally no sense again.
