When you join Judge Christen’s majority opinion in a case and also join Judge Berzon’s concurring opinion (which is not an opinion merely concurring in the judgment and which expressly states that Berzon “join[s] fully in the majority opinion”), there is no point in writing your own concurring opinion that says nothing more than:
I concur in Judge Christen’s majority opinion. I also concur in Judge Berzon’s concurring opinion. I am in complete agreement with both Judge Christen’s and Judge Berzon’s views.
