Substantive Due Process Conference Postponed

Regretfully, I must report that the Substantive Due Process conference organized by the James Wilson Institute and scheduled for next Thursday, October 6 at Georgetown Law Center in Washington has had to be postponed.  It will be rescheduled, but the date has yet to be determined.  I will announce it here when I know the rescheduled date.

Matthew J. Franck is retired from Princeton University, where he was a lecturer in Politics and associate director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions. He is also a senior fellow of the Witherspoon Institute, a contributing editor of Public Discourse, and professor emeritus of political science at Radford University.
