I’m taking part in a lively online debate on the Federalist Society’s website on the Sotomayor nomination. Other participants so far include, in order of appearance, Tom Goldstein, Mike Seidman (of Georgetown), David Stras (U. of Minnesota), and Wendy Long. I think that the debate will continue through the confirmation hearing.
