I’m pleased to be taking part in two ways in the Federalist Society’s national student symposium on “The First Principles of the Constitution,” taking place at Georgetown law school on March 9 and 10.
The symposium will begin on Friday, March 9, with a debate/discussion between Arizona supreme court justice Clint Bolick and me on “The Judicial Power: The Judicial Duty to Follow the Law or a Discretionary Power of Judicial Review?” Eleventh Circuit judge Kevin C. Newsom will moderate the discussion.
During the lunch break on Saturday, March 10, I will sell and sign copies of Scalia Speaks at the bargain rate of $20 ($10 off retail).
