Fifth Circuit Affirms Injunction Against Obama Immigration-Nonenforcement Program

Last night the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals hammered the Obama Administration with yet another court loss, this time on its massive program refusing to enforce the immigration laws. The 135-page opinion is a major setback to two of the Administration’s pet immigration programs, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (also called “expanded DACA”) and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA). I’ll have analysis soon.
