Fox Radio has kindly invited me to serve as a commentator today (on the Prop 8 case) and tomorrow (on the DOMA case) as it plays the Supreme Court’s audio recordings of the oral arguments. It will play the recordings as soon as it is able to do so, but when that will be will depend on when the Court makes the recordings available.
I will of course strive to make sure that my commentary doesn’t interfere with the listener’s ability to follow the argument, so I’m not sure how much commentary I’ll actually be able to provide. In any event, if you’re interested in hearing the arguments, I invite you to tune in to Fox Radio.
