“I do not think his nomination constitutes in any way, shape or form the unusual circumstance we envisioned when we talked about what would be permissible to filibuster,” DeWine said. “I can’t imagine he will be filibustered. If he is filibustered, I would be prepared to vote to change the rules of the Senate to stop it.”
