I’m pleased to be taking part in an event tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon at Georgetown law school, titled “Filling the Ninth Seat: A Panel Discussion on the Nomination of Judge Gorsuch to the Supreme Court.”
New York Times reporter Adam Liptak is moderating the event. My fellow panelists are Shay Dvoretzky (of Jones Day), Caroline Fredrickson (president of the American Constitution Society), Elizabeth Wydra (president of the Constitutional Accountability Center), and Kristine Lucius (former chief counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee).
The event is jointly sponsored by the law school’s Supreme Court Institute and by its chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society.
