This Wednesday, April 12 (at 3:30 p.m.), David Lat and I will take part in an event at Georgetown law school titled “What’s Going on in Law Schools?” The event, sponsored by Georgetown’s Federalist Society chapter, will focus on freedom of speech. I anticipate that the recent brouhaha at Stanford law school will shape the discussion, but there are lots of other incidents, including a couple at Georgetown law school, that merit attention.
I hope very much that David’s participation in this event does not trigger a disruption.
