Next Wednesday, February 27, I will be one of the mock justices taking part in a moot court that Georgetown law school’s Supreme Court Institute will be holding on the Prop 8 case (which will be argued in the actual Supreme Court on March 26). Noel J. Francisco of Jones Day will represent the Prop 8 proponents, and Stanford law professor Pamela S. Karlan will represent the parties challenging Prop 8. Further information here.
