Indiana Events

Next Monday, March 29, I’ll be at Indiana University’s law school to debate the topic of judicial activism with UNC law professor Bill Marshall.  Indiana law professor Pat Baude will moderate the noontime event, which is jointly hosted by the law schools chapters of the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society and by the law school’s dean, Lauren Robel.  (The location is MCR, which I’m guessing means Main Conference Room.)

On Tuesday, March 30, I’ll be in Indianapolis to speak on the topic of “The Next Supreme Court Vacancy” in an event sponsored by the Indianapolis lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society.  The event begins at noon at the Conrad Hotel.  CLE credit is available.  The charge for Federalist Society members, students, and government employees is $20; for everyone else, $25.  To RSVP, please contact Janice Simmons at 317-713-3488 or jsimmons@taftlaw.com.
