Inventory of Selected Liu Posts

In anticipation of this Friday’s scheduled hearing on the controversial nomination of Berkeley law professor Goodwin Liu, here’s an inventory of selected posts of mine on Liu.  I list the items in chronological order.  My NRO essay of March 24—“Unsound and Unfit:  President Obama’s worst judicial nominee … so far”—takes into account, and attempts to weave together, the material in the posts before the line break. I’ve put an asterisk next to those posts that I’d particularly recommend for those interested in understanding what is at issue.
