Just Another Day at the Supreme Court

Three rulings today, three unanimous reversals of Ninth Circuit rulings (two of which were authored by Judge Reinhardt). 

To be more precise: In all three cases, the justices were unanimous that the judgment below should be reversed. Justices Scalia and Thomas concurred in the judgment (i.e., didn’t join the majority opinion) in one case, and Justice Ginsburg concurred in the judgment in two. (Justice Kagan recused herself from all three.)
