Justice Hillary?

Now that Barrack Obama has clinched the Democratic nomination and Hillary Clinton has officially withdrawn, there is more talk of making her a Supreme Court justice.  As Robert Novak reports: “If Barack Obama is elected president, mutual friends say the best course for Hillary Clinton might be nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court rather than staying in the Senate.”  Novak also notes that there has not been a Supreme Court nominee with as little relevant legal experience as Senator Clinton in quite some time — certainly not one who was confirmed.
