Justice Hurwitz to Ninth

Yesterday President Obama nominated Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew David Hurwitz to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  The Tucson Sentinel reports on the nomination here.

Jonathan H. Adler is the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and the director of the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
