Keisler in the Crosshairs

The Hill reports that Senate Democrats may seek to block the confirmation of Peter Keisler to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.  Keisler is eminently qualified for the position, but that has not stopped Democratic opposition to judicial nominees before.
