Kennedy falsely alleges that Alito has expressed support for an “all-powerful executive branch,” tries to link Alito to controversy over NSA surveillance. Cites “well respected expert Cass Sunstein” for charge that Alito doesn’t give individual citizens a fair shake. Inaccurately summarizes Alito’s 1985 job essay. Repeats highly dubious claim that Alito now says that he was just applying for a job. And, then, of course the silly Vanguard charge.
The misstatements came too fast for me to keep track of all of them.
