A Key Preliminary Victory in HHS Mandate Case

Over at The Corner, Kathryn Lopez just blogged about a ruling today in the Eastern District of New York, rejecting the Obama administration’s motion to dismiss the complaint of the Archdiocese of New York against the HHS mandate.  She relies somewhat on a Mirror of Justice post by Marc DeGirolami.  Here is the memorandum decision and order, which I have not yet had a chance to read.

He is also a senior fellow of the Witherspoon Institute, a contributing editor of Public Discourse, and professor emeritus of political science at Radford University.
