This afternoon at 4:00, Paul Smith (of Jenner & Block) and I will be discussing/debating the Supreme Court’s marriage cases at George Washington University’s law school. The event, moderated by GW’s Alan Morrison, is scheduled to be carried live on C-SPAN.
On Wednesday afternoon, I’ll be at Georgetown law school to take part in a post-argument panel discussion about the two cases. The event will run roughly from 4:00 to 5:30.
