Today, President Bush announced a long list of judicial nominees, including two for vacancies on federal appellate courts. Specifically, Bush nominated Maryland U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and district court judge Gene Pratter to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
