More on: Judge Reinhardt Is Obligated To Disqualify Himself from Prop 8 Appeal

According to a post months ago by Eugene Volokh, Judge Reinhardt’s established (and unsurprising) policy is to disqualify himself from cases involving the ACLU of Southern California. So I trust that Reinhardt will promptly disqualify himself from the Prop 8 appeal once he has familiarized himself with the relevant facts.
