More Judicial Vacancies

The number of vacancies on the federal bench for President Obama to fill is slowly increasing.  On November 1 of last year, Judge A. Raymond Randolph of the D.C. Circuit took senior status.  On January 1 of this year, Sixth Circuit Judge Martha Daughtrey did the same.  Over on the Eleventh Circuit, Judge Lanier Anderson will also take senior status at the end of this month, and (according to this list) Judge Rhesa Barksdale of the Fifth Circuit has already announced his intention to take senior status in August.
