Moving Nominees

As you’ve probably gathered, there is supposed to be some Senate Judiciary Committee action today. The committee is scheduled to vote on three appellate judicial nominees, Norman Randy Smith (9th Circuit), Milan Smith (9th Circuit), and Brett Kavanaugh (D.C. Circuit). We’ll see what actually happens. For those who want to watch, How Appealing has links to the video feeds.
