As you’ve probably gathered, there is supposed to be some Senate Judiciary Committee action today. The committee is scheduled to vote on three appellate judicial nominees, Norman Randy Smith (9th Circuit), Milan Smith (9th Circuit), and Brett Kavanaugh (D.C. Circuit).
