I’m looking forward to traveling to Boston later this week, not least because I’ll have the opportunity to take my 11-year-old daughter, a passionate baseball fan, to her first game at Fenway Park (and my first game there in over 30 years).
The Harvard law school chapter of the Federalist Society has generously invited me to discuss Justice Ginsburg’s attacks on Donald Trump. The event, titled “Supreme Misconduct?: Justice Ginsburg Against Donald Trump,” will take place at noon on Thursday, Sept. 15. Harvard law professor Andrew Kaufman has kindly agreed to provide commentary on my remarks.
On Thursday evening, I’ll be in Concord, New Hampshire, to discuss the Supreme Court, the pending vacancy battle, and the 2016 elections. The event is hosted by the New Hampshire lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society and will take place at the University of New Hampshire’s law school. More info here.
