No Action on Judges Today

Dave II at ConfirmThem reports the Senate Judiciary Committee did not move on any of the nine judicial nominees scheduled for consideration at today’s business meeting.  I’ve said previously that I thought it was too late for Republicans to make judicial nominations a significant issue in the midterm elections, but if Senate Democrats block any more action on judicial nominees before November, I have to reconsider that position.
