David Warren, the Ottawa Citizen columnist who ties with Mark Steyn in my estimation as the Canadian writer most worth reading, reminds us that when it comes to the tyrannical usurpations of the “progressive” members of the legal profession when they are given robes to wear, Canada is probably in even worse shape than the United States.
