McClatchy reports that People for the American Way and other activist groups are encouraging journalists to investigate Frank Ricci’s “troubled and litigious work history” in advance of his testimony at Sonia Sotomayor’s confirmation hearings.  Well, I suppose the politics of personal destruction has become part of the “American way.”  Welcome to Washington, Mr. Ricci.
