Bench Memos

On the Radio

I will be on Linda Chavez’s radio show in Washington, D.C. this afternoon around 4:10 or so, to discuss the politics of the Alito nomination. For those of you out of the range of WMET (1160 AM), you can listen on the internet by clicking on the “Listen Live” link here. I plan to shamelessly steal from the smart political analysis of David Frum, the all-knowing Cornerites, and my fellow Bench Memorandists.

Matthew J. Franck is retired from Princeton University, where he was a lecturer in Politics and associate director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions. He is also a senior fellow of the Witherspoon Institute, a contributing editor of Public Discourse, and professor emeritus of political science at Radford University.
