Re: King & Spalding’s Cowardice and Paul Clement’s Courage

King & Spalding ought to be made to pay a steep price for its cowardice. Here’s one suggestion for starters:

King & Spalding’s D.C. office boasts a lobbying practice featuring a set of lawyers whose “combined experience in the House and Senate provide King & Spalding with a unique insight into the workings of the Majority and Minority Leadership, the Republican and Democratic Caucuses, and the operations of the Floor and Committees.” It would be good if members of the House and Senate who object to King & Spalding’s cowardice would make clear that its lobbyists are persona non grata.
