Playing catch-up and following up on these recent posts, I’ll note that Michael McConnell (in the Wall Street Journal), George Will (in his syndicated column in the Washington Post and elsewhere), Rick Garnett (for FoxNews), and the NRO editors have all had excellent columns on what Garnett calls the “misguided, troubling, and transparent” campaign by supporters of Obamacare to “influence the Chief Justice through pre-fabricated outrage.”
