Re: Supreme Court Slams Rosemary Barkett

A footnote to Ed’s post below.  There’s much hubbub among the conlaw nerds about the fact that for the first time in history, an opinion of the Court refers the reader to a video, published as part of the opinion, and accessible on the Court’s website.  Apparently there is heavy traffic on the Court’s site due to many people trying to access the file.
