The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to consider four of President Bush’s five renominated appellate nominees at today’s executive business meeting: Boyle, Smith, Myers and Haynes. Five district court nominees are also on the agenda. No word yet on when the committee will reconsider Michael Wallace.
