I’m grateful to have received, hot off the presses of Regnery Publishing, Scalia’s Court: A Legacy of Landmark Opinions and Dissents, with edits and commentary by Kevin A. Ring.
This 500-plus-page selection of Justice Scalia’s Supreme Court opinions, the finishing touches of which were applied after Scalia’s death last month, is an updated and much-expanded version of Ring’s Scalia Dissents from 2004. I praised Scalia Dissents in my review essay, “Scalia the Originalist,” so I have ample reason to expect that this new edition will also be excellent.
