I haven’t been following the Senate floor debate on the Sotomayor nomination, but I’m pleased to see that Senator Hatch made an excellent statement on Tuesday against the nomination and followed it up today with a fine rebuttal to arguments being made by Judge Sotomayor’s supporters.
