Sotomayor Hearing—Status Report

As the third day of the hearing begins, Republican senators have had a grand total of 2-1/2 hours to question Judge Sotomayor.  Today’s session begins at 9:30 with Senator Cornyn.  Senator Coburn, the last Republican in Round 1, will probably begin his questioning around 10:30 or so.  Then the five most junior Democrats will complete Round 1.
