As I hope is clear from my broader set of posts, among the several outstanding candidates said to be leading contenders for a Supreme Court nomination, I have no interest in favoring any particular candidate over any others. I have instead tried to focus on refuting various of the unfair attacks that have been leveled against them. (I regret that I haven’t had time to address all such attacks.)
