Christopher Scalia and I have the honor of presenting the Supreme Court Historical Society’s 43rd Annual Lecture next Monday, June 4, at the Supreme Court. We have been invited to discuss Scalia Speaks: Reflections on Law, Faith, and Life Well Lived, the New York Times bestselling collection of Justice Scalia’s speeches that we have co-edited.
In lieu of a lecture format, we have opted for a conversation. We are delighted that former Solicitor General (and my fellow former Scalia clerk) Paul Clement has agreed to be our interlocutor.
The event, as I understand it, is invitation-only.
