Just a quick reminder that today at 11 am Heritage will be hosting its annual “Scholars and Scribes” event reviewing the 2008-2009 Supreme Court term, and providing a preview of the next term. Our scholars panel will include Michael Carvin, Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel; Miguel Estrada, Former Assistant to the Solicitor General; Neal Katyal, Principal Deputy Solicitor General of the United States; and will be moderated by Todd Gaziano, Director of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. The scribes panel will include Lyle Denniston, Reporter for SCOTUSblog; Quin Hillyer, Senior Editor Writer and Columnist for The Washington Times; Juan Williams, News Analyst for NPR; and will be moderated by some guy named Alt.
