Just a warning to anyone relying on purportedly complete transcripts of yesterday’s hearing session: The transcripts that I’ve seen, including one on the website of the Los Angeles Times (as of the time I’m writing this, of course) and a couple being circulated by e-mail, have inadvertently omitted the Round 2 questioning by Senators Leahy, Sessions, Kohl, and Hatch. I also don’t see that questioning on the Washington Post’s website.
