Two New Nominations

Yesterday President Bush announced two new appellate nominees: Magistrate Judge BobbyE. Shepherd for the Eighth Circuit, and George Mason University law professor Kimberly Ann Moore to the Federal Circuit.

Jonathan H. Adler is the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. His books include Business and the Roberts Court and Marijuana Federalism: Uncle Sam and Mary Jane.
