What Lithwick Left Out

In this Slate article, Dahlia Lithwick takes conservatives to task for failing to defend Samuel Alito’s 1985 comment that the Constitution does not protect a right to abortion. Yet, as WIll Baude notes here, many conservatives (including our own Ramesh Ponnuru and Gerard Bradley) have done just that.
