Yoo on MCA

Berkeley law prof (and former DOJ attorney) John Yoo has a powerfully argued article in the Wall Street Journal today, applauding the bill the president signed Tuesday on military commissions.  “The new law is, above all, a stinging rebuke to the Supreme Court” that decided the Hamdan case, he writes.  Definitely worth reading.
