Judges Before the Flag

The Third Branch conference spear-headed a leter signed by some 60 conservative laeaders asking Senate Majoirty Leader Frist to make the confirmation of judges a higher priority than a vote on constitutional amendment banning flag desecration.  This is a good call — and (hint to White House) would be even better were there more nominees upon which the Senate could vote.  The text of the letter is available here .  The CFJ blog has more here .
