Dem. Rep.: Obamacare Has Been ‘Enormous Success’ . . . Except for Websites

Other than the dysfunctional online exchanges, House Energy and Commerce ranking member Henry Waxman (D., Calif.) said Obamacare has been successful thus far.

“The Affordable Care Act is an enormous success, with one notable exception,” Waxman said at the opening of Thursday’s hearing on the problems facing the websites. He went on to list various other provisions of the law that have gone into effect. He said there was “understandable frustration” with the poorly performing websites, but that they weren’t the “heart of the law.”
